Born in Buffalo, raised in Los Angeles, Chef Kevin O'Connell, has been cooking for the likes of television stars Kiefer Sutherland, Adrian Grenier, The legendary Dick Vitale  and Michael C. Hall either on the movie/television sets or in such famed restaurants as 208 Rodeo in Beverly Hills as Executive Chef, or his Los Angeles restaurants 9 Olives and Epic Italian Steakhouse. Chef O'Connell also was Executive Chef at his family's namesake restaurant in Buffalo, NY O'Connell's American Bistro. He also operated multiple gourmet foods trucks and hosted an ingredient driven pop up series called Heart and Soul. Appearances on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Basketball Wives and KTLA 's hit morning show with Frank Buckley, have made Chef's giant personality as engaging as his delicious culinary creations.

   Now here in Cleveland, Chef O'Connell is surrounded by amazing chefs and is proud to be featuring products and produce for our local markets and vendors to feature on his menu. It is his goal to bring this city the best possible sandwiches, salads, and soups it has ever had, elevating the classic sandwich into a truly inspired culinary treat.

  Chef O'Connell is already garnering praise from the local foodies and is catering to some of the biggest clients in town, including Sherwin Williams, Specialty Networks, Blue Ridge Media Company,  Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse and The Cleveland Browns
